Experience:

Extensive Experience in all phases of foundation repair, drainage, construction and root barriers since 1972.

Architectural  project management.

Investigative structural inspections, and providing reports for over a thousand multi-family, industrial, commercial and residential properties.

Experience includes 10 years with Homes of Texas as a Contractor.  Responsible for all estimating and project management for drainage and foundation issues.  Led a multi-disciplined staff consisting of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for both in-house design and outside consulting projects, as well as project management over seeing all construction.

Mr. Dodson has performed over 1000 inspections and property evaluations for residential and commercial properties in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex and around the state.  Types of service include structural foundation, drainage, plans of repair, home inspection, commercial and multi-family property condition and physical needs of assessments, maintenance planing and expert witness testimony.
